How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Security issues are treated as P0 and responded to within 4 hours.

My itinerary has wrong information. What do I do?

You can regenerate any individual day directly from the itinerary page. If you believe there is a systematic AI error, email support@itinera.in with your itinerary ID and we will investigate.

I was charged but cannot access Pro features.

This is usually a session issue. Sign out and sign back in. If the problem persists, email support@itinera.in with your payment receipt or Razorpay transaction ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund on all paid plans, no questions asked. Email support@itinera.in within 7 days of your payment with your registered email and transaction ID.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. You can also email privacy@itinera.in for an assisted deletion.

I want to integrate Itinera into my travel agency platform.
